# What problem are you observing? - Not all form ( [Workflow Actions - SailPoint Identity Services](https://documentation.sailpoint.com/saas/help/workflows/workflow-actions.html#form) ) emails can be customized / translated. Allowing customization: - The reminder message can not be disabled. If the functionality is kept like this, and you select a dead line of one hour, you have to select a reminder deadline of exactly of one hour (it can not be 0 or bigger than the deadline). At the same time two messages will be sent after one hour: the reminder and the cancellation message, but of course the reminder is useless as the form was cancelled. # What is the correct behavior?
