As per the documentation Prerequisites , IQService server supported server only list up to windows server 2022, therefore, I would like to know if IQService is supported in windows server 2025? Anyone installed before and do you face any issues for compatibility?

Well, I have seen people installing IQService in different platforms which are not officially supported and it has worked fine.

As per documentation, IQService is officially supported only upto Windows Server 2022. I haven’t tried it on 2025 yet, so not sure how it behaves there. It might work, but probably best to confirm with SailPoint support.
