Hello everyone, I’m reaching out for some assistance with a peculiar situation I’ve encountered. I’ve set up a web service connector in our system and have also incorporated the necessary certificate chain into our Virtual Appliance (VA). The problem I’m facing is with the connection reliability. It’s quite erratic; sometimes it establishes successfully, but often, it fails without a clear pattern. Each time the connection fails, I receive a specific error message (which I will include below). When I retry the connection, it sometimes works seamlessly, only to fail again later. This inconsistency is what’s really concerning. sailpoint.connector.ConnectorException: Url: https://, Message: 0 : javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target, HTTP Error Code: 0 I’m looking for any insights that could explain why this is happening. Additionally, any suggestions on troubleshooting methods would be greatly appreciated. I’m hoping someone here might have encountered a similar issue or could point me in the right direction. Hi, Apart from checking from what Krish has mentioned, you can also check if you have SAN (Subject Alternative Name) of the web-service source URL is included in the certs on both VAs. Thanks, Shailee ---
