I’ve created an entry on the Ideas portal: [https://ideas.sailpoint.com/ideas/GOV-I-4002](https://ideas.sailpoint.com/ideas/GOV-I-4002)

The Services Standard IdentityNow BeforeProvisioning Rule should be included in all tenants by default. It’s strange that code that was written by SailPoint to add necessary features to tenants would need to be specifically requested by each customer, and each customer would have to use ES hours to have it deployed to their tenants. This rule greatly extends ISC’s base functionality and is a great resource that should be included by default, not gatekept.
