# IdentityIQ Upgrade 8.4 P1

We have done the upgrade from 8.3-\>8.4-\>8.4 p1 in UAT environment, post upgrade we have noticed IdentityRequest Grid and few other configration grids which are newly introduced in 8.4 are showing empty.

Track My Requests Access  
History configuration  
Data Extract configuration  
Messaging configuration

I am able to see all those in UIConfig Object, could you please let us know what could be possible root causes for this?

I’m going to assume you have a clean startup in your logs, but please take a look to see if you notice anything.

Could you provide any screenshots of what looks empty?

For example, when I click on Message Configuration in my local environment, I get this:

When you click on any of those pages, do you get any errors in your logs?

Do you have any custom plugins enabled that affect UI? Try disabling them, but the Impersonate plugin I see you have installed shouldn’t be an issue.

Any black level modifications to OOTB .xhtml files that weren’t reapplied with the new version?

The environment is entirely non-customized; there are no custom plugins, and no modifications have been made to the XHTML pages.

I am receiving the following message in the logs after enabling trace for the loggers.
