# Https://{tenant-ci}/identityiq/plugin/rest/ giving 302 error

Hello Team, we have two environments, one is CI and the other one is QA, https://{tenant-ci}/identityiq/plugin/rest/ is giving us 302 error. However, https://{tenant-qa}/identityiq/plugin/rest/ is working fine. Any thoughts?
