How to Set Permanent Assignmnet to VIP users in ISC

Hi Experts,

Is there any offical doc link which explains the process to set permanent work assignments for VIp Users?

The requirment is we have set the permanent work reassignments for the VIPs to the EAs for all workitem types so that it should stop the VIPs from getting assignment emails when new work items (certs, requests, tasks) are created, as they will be automatically reassigned to their EA.

@msingh900 , Since this can be acheived via UI , is it recommended approach to do it via GUI or API?

If UI is available, we go through UI. But If you are using a custom external Web Service then API would be bettter option.

There is a limitation with UI. You can perform this reassignment for one user.

If you are using API, then you can write a script to do this job in bulk.
