We have a Webservice connector and getting the following error when attempt to create and update account and it was working previously. [“Exception while updating account. No configuration found for\u0027Add Entitlement-group\u0027. Please add atleast one operation and try again.”] ---

Hi @Raghava_S , The error indicates that the Web Services connector is attempting to execute the **“Add Entitlement-group”** operation during account creation or update, but no configuration is currently defined for that operation. Since this was working previously, please review the source configuration for any recent changes and verify that the **Add Entitlement-group** operation still exists and is properly configured. If the operation was removed, renamed, or disabled, updating the configuration should resolve the issue. Thanks ---

Are you using any rules for these operations? if yes check any changes in beforrules associated with these operations. Also check though http operation are available might be something changed in body. ---

Yes we have rules for this and I did not see any changes and also body also looks good. ---

Thank you for confirming. Since the rules are in place, no recent changes were made, and the request body looks correct, the next step would be to verify that the **“Add Entitlement-group”** operation is still present and enabled in the Web Services source configuration. The error suggests that Identity Security Cloud is unable to locate a valid configuration for that operation at runtime. Could you please share screenshots of the relevant operation configuration and a provisioning log from a failed request ? ---

Hi @Raghava_S As this is failing on the add entitlement of group type, have you done anything in this area? Have you always managed entitlements with this source? ---

The error indicates "No configuration found for for ‘Add Entitlement-Group’ " check the following please: - Verify that “Add Entitlement-group” still exists exactly as named - Ensure it has at least one valid operation (POST/PATCH with correct endpoint) ---
