I am seeing discrepancies on database names: identityiqah everywhere, it should be same and unique through out the script.
it is same case for other database: identityiq also, it should be same and unique through out the script.

the script is modified only with the database name
and the schema which they have used for the table was identityiq, earlier hence I have modified the upgrade script accordingly.
because if we would be have using the default database, which might not match the database,
from the database side, I see that they have upgraded, as the response
I guess the issue related to the ssl cert. no related to the script.
