Incident Status: Mitigated
A recent change in the workflow implementation caused this . This happened for multiple customers . If you have raised a support ticket , the team will confirm the status of this incident
Confirmed that as of this morning the workflows seem to be successful again. Only a small sample size so will need more time to let more workflows complete before I feel comfortable.
Do we know why this change was pushed to both sandbox and production tenants at the same time? I would’ve thought best practice is to update sandbox and monitor for any issues prior to updating prod instances?
