Hi @kaiolima I think no entitlement is assigned to the user for that particular source,Can you specify the source name. ---

This attribute is not filled in, which is why the rights are not appearing, correct? They were appearing and stopped appearing, is it possible to change the API on the Medicina Direta side?? ---

Yes because ISC identify this rights based on this attributes that you are tag entitlement. Is not filled for all users ? if it was filled previously and not now that effectively mean they do modifcation in their side. For test you can verify for one user who have this attribute filled and verify rights must be appear. ---

I thinks it’s good. I thought you created another type of entitlement schema called Medicina direta but that’s instead the name of your account schema. So no modifications to be made.
