We are trying to implement the Epic SER connector. We did the build in Epic and created the source in ISC. The source test’s successful and we are reading in existing SER and correlating correctly. When we try and create an SER we are getting the following error.

[“sailpoint.connector.ConnectorException: HTTP Execution failed with error code 404 and error message: [http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-strict.dtd\](http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-strict.dtd%5C)”\>\n xmlns=\"[http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml\"\>\n\n](http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml/%22%3e/n%3chead%3e/n%3cmeta "http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml/%22%3e/n%3chead%3e/n%3cmeta") http-equiv=\“Content-Type\” content=\“text/html; charset=iso-8859-1\”/\>\n404 - File or directory not found.\n

It is really not clear what file or directory it’s looking for. Does anyone have an ideas?

Hi @swcoleman

Can you please confirm that you have configured all the Connection Settings including the REST API Settings.

This turned out to be an error on the interconnect side. We have it resolved at this point.
