I am getting one issue in EPIC connectivity from VA to the EPIC Server. I am able to ping the Load Balancer URL of EPIC Servers but it gives me issue while doing the test connection. **Error: Ensure that EPIC host is reachable** But EPIC host machine is reachable via the VA. ---

Hi @Jadhikary Can you please check the VA logs present in the log folder of VA, file name is ccg.log. Check which error you are seeing. ---

I have already checked the logs. It shows this only **Ensure that EPIC host is reachable** ---

If possible, can you please share the entire log from VA? One more question, is it only happening in one environment or both the environment. ---
