Enhancement: Workflow Versioning — History tab

:sparkles: Description

NERM Classic workflow configuration now includes a History tab so IAM admins can review version lineage and step/configuration changes for the workflow they have open, without reconstructing that story from Admin Activity or the audit API.

History is a UI over existing audit events and query-by-version. It does not replace those APIs.

:light_bulb: Solution

Open an existing workflow and select History. Scan a paginated table of version-lifecycle and step/configuration-change events: when, who, event type, step (when applicable), and version identifier. Search by step label, step ID, or version ID, and use quick filters to narrow the list.

Open a row for event details (for example Workflow Update, Version Created, or Version Forked). From a version-oriented event, follow the change that spawned that version and open a comparison between versions, including after a fork.

History is limited to the workflow you are viewing. Users who can open workflow configuration see History only if they also meet existing audit and admin access rules.

:busts_in_silhouette: Who is affected?

IAM admins and auditors who configure or review NERM Classic workflows and who already have access to workflow configuration and audit data.

I think this is a duplicate from the earlier announcement?

Regardless, let me add my comment / question here as well:

This is great news and sorely needed!

If we look at our own sandbox tenant, we see a lot of ‘empty’ values with ‘Workflow Updated’, but also some useful values like ‘step updated’. Example:

Is there (going to be) documentation available that describes what and when something is recorded?
