What could be the possible causes of domain account getting deleted from SailPoint after publishing the leaver workflow triggered ---

Hi @AMANSINGH12 - is it a custom Leaver Workflow or are you using Rapid setup? I would look at the request built in the workflow if it is custom, but if using Rapid Setup you would do the following: Go to Applications\>Rapid Setup and select your AD application, then the Leaver tab. @AMANSINGH12 What do you see in the provisioning transactions? what is the source or request id?
