Which IIQ version are you inquiring about?

Unsure IIQ version. DPR software version is 21.1.0.

Please share any other relevant files that may be required (for example, logs).

Environment details:

  • Workstation configurations:
    • Windows 11 and 10.
    • MultiUser desktop configurations.

Share all details about your problem, including any error messages you may have received.

After installation of DPR on the destination workstation, RDP authentication/access is affected.

  • Initiate RDP session to remote workstation with DPR installed.
  • Initial UAC prompt appears on the source desktop as expected.
  • RDP window opens to the CTRL+ALT+DEL (CAD) screen of the destination workstation instead of authenticating directly into Windows as expected.

This causes the administrator to authenticate 2 times (1 UAC + 1 CAD) instead of the expected behavior (1 UAC authentication through mstsc.exe on the source workstation).

@iwalk9 This seems to be an expected behavior as per DPR documentation and there is no legimate way to avoid this as per Microsoft docs. Please check this link: Troubleshooting for Windows
