Updates to beta Certification Campaigns API

The reviewerId property in the following endpoint schemas is being deprecated in favor of a reviewer object, which allows specifying either an identity or a governance group.

• Create Campaign
• Get Active Campaigns
• List Campaign Templates
• Create Campaign Template
• Get Campaign Template
• Patch Campaign Template

reviewerId will be removed from staging and production tenants on Monday, April 4th, 2022.

After some discussion, we have decided to delay the deprecation of reviewerId. The deprecation for staging and production tenants will now occur on April 4th, 2022. This date has been updated in the original post as well.
