We have disconnected apps to review but onboarding as delimited some of the accounts are in uncorrelated state though everything looks good any suggestions? ---

Since only few account are correlated this means there could be a chance of having invisiable spaces or special characters. can you open csv file in text editor (not the excel) and check if any hidden characters before uploading. ---

1. Verify the exact correlation attributes values. 2. check whether multiple identities match the same account 3. Review Identity Profile transforms 4. Re-run aggregation after identity refresh ---

As you did all the scenarios I assume your correlation values might be numeric can you try ascending or descending sort and re aggregate ---

Can you run the aggregation with unoptimization? Those accounts came in as uncorrelated and won’t automatically re-correlate on the next optimised aggregation.
