It seems to me that if you are entitled to lifecycle manager, then you should be able to run this connector. I haven’t been able to get it fully working since I lack the CyberArk entitlement, so I can’t say with 100% certainty, but it seems like it would be just like any other connector.

@nikhlesh were you able to pull the cyberark safes using this connector. It’s not working in our env, so wanted to check if there is something wrong on our side or connector doesn’t support aggregating safes even though the doc says it does.

@ajmerasunny We have not implemented the connector yet, it is still in the Design phase. Will update if it works or not.

@mcheek We checked with SailPoint on Licensing and they mentioned that License is required for using CyberArk Privilege Cloud Shared Services connector.

Thanks @mcheek. Just to confirm Shared Services connector does not need any license (to manage users or any of the entitlements). Although we need license from CyberArk to enable the SCIM APIs on CyberArk tenant?
