Hi All We are configuring an AD Source in a client. Hi @vmingo, We have faced this issue before, it was the charon service for us. Step 1:- Login to VA Step 2:- Run the command `sudo docker ps` Step 3:- See if the listed services in the format path/service:current ---

Try running the commands: ```auto sudo update_engine_client -check_for_update sudo reboot ``` ---
