Coma separated values in workflow

Unfortunately, I’m not aware of any easy way to check for multiple conditions inside one compare numbers step. This is an issue I previously had and suggested help as well. My solution on there won’t work for you since you aren’t dealing with identity attributes, but at this time without using external systems to do the logic, it will just need to be one compare statement per check.

Simplifying Workflows with IF ELSE logic

I’m currently working on a workflow that utilizes form inputs to create and assign entitlements to roles. I’ve created the workflows to handle the logic from the form, but to get it working properly, the workflows have gotten quite messy and have many branches of logic. The reason for the many branches is because I need to do a “compare strings” operation on one of the form inputs and set a certain assignment criteria in the role depending on what the input is.
