> Hi All,
>
> I have a few questions regarding event triggers and would appreciate any clarification you can provide.
>
> 1. Some of the triggers listed in the SailPoint documentation below do not appear to be available in our tenant. I have checked both via the UI and the API. For example, `idn:account-correlated` is not available.

> Is there a reason why certain triggers are not visible in our tenant? Do we need to raise a support ticket to have them enabled?
>
> 1. In our tenant, I can see the trigger `idn:account-created`; however, it does not appear in the list of available event triggers in the documentation referenced above.
