As far as I know, there’s no way to only attribute sync on certain identities unless you are doing it by the inactive LCS state.

From UI, you can perform attribute sync to individual users. If you want to do this in bulk then there is a option to do it for all identities of a specific source.

If you want only for specific identities then you can use APIs. Write a Java or any other language code to perform attribute sync in bulk.
