# Account aggregation failed with 500 error for servicenow source

we are getting the error while aggregation running.  
please share any suggestion.

Hello Mekala,  
This issue seems to be related to a setting in ServiceNow (specifically for a REST call) can you try to reach out to the ServiceNow team to make the update as suggested in this document - [Maximum execution time exceeded error while making an inbound REST call - Support and Troubleshooting - Now Support Portal](https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0866547)

Also, might be worth it to increase the retry count in the ISC source - " On the **Advanced Settings** page on the UI, add entries to the **Retry Error List** and enter the maximum number of times you want to retry the aggregation"
