I’ve configured workflow to have 2 levels approvals. 1st level is manager 2nd level is owner of Ent/Role/AccessProfile.

Now for some ents owner is not configured, in this case workflow is assigning 2nd level approval to diff identities each time.

anyone know fallback approval mechanism if EntOwner is not present? Thanks.

I believe the approval is assigned to a random SailPoint Administrator. Please check this post which has more details and you should be able to make updates to this default behavior.

> Hi Francesco, This sounds like a case of preventing self-approval. See the link below for more info. If you place a request for yourself or someone else where you’re the approval, SailPoint will reassign it to your manager by default. If you don’t have a manager, it will reassign it to a SailPoint admin. I’m assuming in your case, you may not have a manager or they have redirected approals elsewere You can change the default behaviour as mentioned in the article using the following API: [set-a…](https://developer.sailpoint.com/docs/api/v3/set-access-request-config/)

Hi @KrishnaReddy ,

This is expected behaviour of ISC it is assigning 2nd level approval to any of SailPoint admins in your tenant
