Our tenant appears to be back up as well.

Good to hear, @andrejspasovski and @naeglcc! Thank you both for checking in and letting us know!

Please provide root cause analysis as soon as possible.

Good morning

Access to the Tenant’s functionalities is still slow.

We are unable to access staging environments still, but we can access the production tenant.

I don’t think this is fully resolved, there still appears to be some general funkiness occurring for me and my colleagues when accessing both production and sandbox tenants.

@dominickmiller I noticed you posted shortly after the resolution. Are you still experiencing issues, or has functionality been restored?

I also think there is still some issue. We are raising access request and getting below error-

Error: Please contact your administrator

“An unexpected error occurred: HTTP Error 500 when communicating with URI https://stg06-useast1-wgms.accessiq.sailpoint.com/workgroups/workgroups?filters={“property”%3A"owner"%2C"operation"%3A"eq"%2C"value"%3A"f99e50ba5c5e40ca807045246eee2c38"} : ErrorInternal Server Error”

I am not currently experiencing issues but I think there is something up still, as one of my colleagues is currently getting the same error that Yunus detailed. HTTP Error 500.
