SAILPOINT DEVELOPER DAYS 2026 REGISTRATION SWEEPSTAKES – OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. MAKING A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

  1. SWEEPSTAKES DESCRIPTION: The SailPoint Developer Days 2026 registration sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) commences on April 14, 2026 at 9:00 AM (CDT) and ends on May 20, 2026 at 3:00 PM (CDT) (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

The sponsor of this Sweepstakes is SailPoint Technologies, Inc., whose offices are located 11120 Four Points Drive, Austin, Texas, 78726, USA (“Sponsor”). These are the terms and conditions (the “Official Rules”) that govern the relationship between Sweepstakes entrants (“Entrants”) and Sponsor in respect of this Sweepstakes.

By participating in the Sweepstakes, each Entrant confirms that he or she has legal capacity to enter the Sweepstakes. Each Entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor is responsible for the overall administration of the Sweepstakes. Entrants should look solely to Sponsor with any questions, comments or problems related to the Sweepstakes. Sponsor may be reached by email at katie.brim@sailpoint.com during the Sweepstakes Period.

  1. ELIGIBILITY: Entry is only open to all attendees of the SailPoint Developer Days 2026 event on May 20 - 21, 2026 (the “Conference”) aged at least eighteen (18) years old (the “Eligible Entrant(s)”). Sponsor, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies and each of their respective officers, directors and employees (“Sponsor Entities”), are ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes or win a prize. Household Members and Immediate Family Members of such individuals are also not eligible to enter or win. “Household Members” shall mean those people who share the same residence at least three months a year. “Immediate Family Members” shall mean parents, step-parents, legal guardians, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

  2. PRIZES: First place winner will receive one (1) 1TB Steam Deck OLED (with approximate retail value or “ARV” of USD $649.00). Second place winner will receive one (1) customized Bose QuietComfort Ultra headphones (ARV of USD $449.00). Third place winner will receive one (1) customized Shure MV7i Smart Microphone & Interface (ARV of USD $389.00).

ODDS OF WINNING WILL VARY DEPENDING ON THE NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED FROM ELIGIBLE ENTRANTS. Only one prize per person and per household will be awarded. Gift cards and gift certificates are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuer. All prizes are subject to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer prize supplier. Prizes cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash or substituted by winner. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value if a prize described in these Official Rules is unavailable or cannot be awarded, in whole or in part, for any reason due to circumstances beyond Sponsor’s control. The ARV of the prize represents Sponsor’s good faith determination. That determination is final and binding and cannot be appealed. If the actual value of the prize turns out to be less than the stated value, the difference will not be awarded in cash. Sponsor makes no representation, warranty or guarantee concerning the appearance, safety or performance of any prize awarded (other than any non-excludable representations, warranties or guarantees under law). Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prize items. All other expenses not expressly specified herein are the sole responsibility of the winner.

All applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Prizes must be able to be shipped to a mailing address (provided by the prize winner) to be collected by prize winner. Failure to comply with the Official Rules will result in forfeiture of the prize.
Sponsor reserves the right, at any time, and in its sole discretion to:
(a) disqualify any entry that it considers to be illegal, discriminatory, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate; and
(b) disqualify any Entrant whom the Sponsor has reason to believe has breached any of these Official Rules or engaged in any unlawful or other improper conduct or any conduct calculated to impersonate others or jeopardize the fair and proper conduct of the Sweepstakes.

  1. HOW TO ENTER: When an Eligible Entrant registers to attend the Conference, they are required to create a Discourse account within the SailPoint Developer Community (a link to create this account is available here: SailPoint Developer Days 2026). After registering to attend the Conference, Eligible Entrants will receive a private message in their Discourse account giving the Eligible Entrant a personalized URL to use to refer a friend to attend the Conference. When the personalized URL is used by another to register for the Conference, this use is recorded in the Eligible Entrants’ Discourse account and the Eligible Entrant will receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry for every person who registers for the Conference using this personalized URL during the Sweepstakes Period.

All entries must be completed by the end of the Sweepstakes Period in order to participate. Sponsor’s database clock will be the official timekeeper for this Sweepstakes. Entries received outside the relevant Sweepstakes Period will be ineligible for entry into the Sweepstakes. Any entries which do not meet these Official Rules will not be valid and will be automatically disqualified. All entries become Sponsor’s property and will not be returned.

  1. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION: This is a game of chance. Entrants can only win one (1) prize. The winner of first, second and third prize in the Sweepstakes will be selected by the Sponsor by chance from among all valid and eligible entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period. The winner of first, second and third prize in the Sweepstakes will be selected promptly after the end of the Sweepstakes Period by Sponsor or its designated representatives, whose decisions are final. Odds of winning will vary depending on the number of eligible entries received.

The winner will be notified by email at their registration email address by 5:00PM CDT, on May 21, 2026, and Sponsor will request they provide their address for prize shipping. Sponsor is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive notification for any reason beyond its control, including inactive email account(s), technical difficulties associated therewith, or winner’s failure to adequately monitor any email account.

If a prize winner: (a) does not acknowledge their prize by sending a confirmatory email response to the Sponsor by 5:00PM CDT on May 31, 2026; or (b) has contravened any of these Official Rules; or (c) is unable to accept the prize, then the prize is forfeited and the Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. No substitution or transfer of a prize is permitted except by Sponsor. The Sponsor’s decision is final, and the Sponsor will not enter into correspondence regarding the Sweepstakes result.

  1. PRIVACY: The Sponsor is the “controller” of any personal information Entrants provide when entering this Sweepstakes. The Sponsor collects Entrants’ personal information (full name, email, post code, company, job title, postal address and phone number (as submitted by Entrant in the registration process for the Conference) that Entrants provide when entering this Sweepstakes for its legitimate interests, including for the purposes of Entrants’ entry into this Sweepstakes, to conduct and administer the Sweepstakes and to fulfil prizes.

Any personal information supplied by Entrants will be subject to the privacy policy of the Sponsor posted at Privacy Statement | SailPoint. Please review the Sponsor’s privacy policy for more information about the manner and purposes for which the Sponsor collects and uses personal information, and Entrants’ rights in respect of the personal information that the Sponsor holds. Entrants have a number of rights in relation to their information, including rights to request access and correction of the information collected and/or processed by us about them. These rights can be exercised by submitting a request through the Data Subject Request Privacy Webform linked in Sponsor’s privacy policy.

By entering the Sweepstakes, you grant Sponsor permission to share your email address and any other personally identifiable information with the other Sponsor Entities for the purpose of administration and prize fulfillment, including use in a publicly available winners list. If information requested is not provided, Entrant will not be able to submit a valid entry into this Sweepstakes or claim a prize if selected as the winner. If Entrant is declared a winner, if required, Entrant authorizes Sponsor to share winner’s information with the prize suppliers. If Entrant has agreed to receive marketing communications from Sponsor, Entrant will be added to Sponsor’s database, but Sponsor will not share Entrant’s information with third parties unless Entrant specifically agrees to Sponsor sharing these details and Entrant can opt out at any time by unsubscribing from emails using the opt-out link or by emailing us directly at optout@sailpoint.com. Communications may include but are not restricted to news and offers.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Sponsor is not responsible or liable for any loss or damage (including indirect and consequential loss) suffered or incurred by Eligible Entrants or Entrants in connection with (a) any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; (b) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of this Sweepstakes; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, camera, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the Sweepstakes; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of any network or wireless service, the Internet or website or any combination thereof; (e) suspended or discontinued Internet, wireless or landline phone service; or (f) any injury or damage to participant’s or to any other person’s computer or mobile device which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Sweepstakes.
    This clause does not affect any rights a consumer may have which are unable to be excluded under United States law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any liability of the Sponsor or its employees or agents for breach of any such rights is limited (at the Sponsor’s election), in the case of a supply of goods, the Sponsor replacing or repairing the goods or supplying equivalent goods, or in the case of a supply of services, the Sponsor supplying the services again or paying the cost of having the services supplied again. Failure of the Sponsor to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
    If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned for reasons which may include without limitation, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part. In such event, Sponsor shall immediately suspend all drawings and prize awards, and Sponsor reserves the right to award any remaining prizes (up to the total ARV as set forth in these Official Rules) in a manner deemed fair and equitable by Sponsor. Sponsor and Sponsor Entities shall not have any further liability to any Entrant in connection with the Sweepstakes.

  2. WINNER LIST/OFFICIAL RULES: To obtain a copy of the winner list or a copy of these Official Rules, send your request to katie.brim@sailpoint.com. Requests for the names of the winners must be received no later than 30 days after the Sweepstakes Period has ended.

  3. GOVERNING LAW: This Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to the conflicts of law principles thereof. Exclusive jurisdiction for litigation of any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, or breach thereof shall be only in the state courts in Travis County, Texas.
