Can you provide clarity on the ability to search Uncorrelated accounts?

According to this overview page, you can use the “Identities” to search correlated and uncorrelated.

But when you switch over the to Searchable Fields section, it stated that only Correlated accounts are searchable.

I am currently looking for a way to search the uncorrelated accounts for a specific status (Attribute) field.

I’ve created SAASDOCS-8741 to review our Search docs and provide more clarification on searching for uncorrelated accounts. We’ll update this thread when we’ve completed that review.

Hi Geoff,

We do not show uncorrelated identities in Search. We will get the documentation updated. Additionally, uncorrelated accounts will not be returned via search.

The best view(s) into uncorrelated accounts are:

1. Uncorrelated Accounts Report (Admin > Global > Reports)
2. Uncorrelated Accounts Certification Campaign
